Students should have enjoyed Year 10 PE, and be prepared for both practical and written work.

What you do in this course… |
You will develop knowledge of ourselves and others, and the social skills that contribute to positive relationships. You will explore how and why we move in ways we do, and learn about the social, cultural and scientific influences on the movement culture. Topics include athletics, sport and recreation, anatomy and biomechanics of weight training, and performance improvement strategies.
This course only offers Internal assessments.
