Students should have an interest in the tourism industry, and be reliable and hardworking with good time management skills

What you do in this course…

You will learn how to research specific information for the tourism and travel industry.  Topics that we cover include Australia as a tourist destination, and then different aspects of the tourist industry around New Zealand, including desirable destinations.

This course only offers Internal assessments.

This is a good choice if…

• You’re interested in the tourism industry as a future career
• You are intending to study Tourism at a tertiary level (such as polytech or a tourism course)
• You are looking at attaining Level 3
