To do this course…

Open to any student studying Level 1.

What you do in this course…

You will look at small businesses, how to start up your own business, overcoming problems, marketing and advertising, and dealing with staff.  You will also participate in the three-day Business Enterprise Programme.

There is a mix of Internal and External assessments offered.

This is a good choice if…

• You’re interested in business activity, even as a potential career
• You can work both independently and as part of a team
• You are looking at studying accounting, Business Studies or Economics  at UE level in Years 12 and 13

On the Subject Pathway Map, this subject leads to a University Approved subject at Levels 2 and 3
