Level 1 Drama

Open to any student studying Level 1.

What you do in this course…

You will focus on performance and devising skills, will both study and perform a significant play, exploring a specific theatre form, and there will be a number of opportunities throughout the year to watch professional live theatre in support of the assessment work you will do.

You will need to have a good attendance in order to meet rehearsal and performance requirements.

This is a good choice if…

• You’re interested in drama and its processes
• You enjoy expressing yourself creatively through performance
• You have a strong work ethic and excellent time management
• You are interested in studying Drama at UE level in Years 12 and 13
