Level 1 Science

What you do in this course…

You will build on the understanding of Physics, Biology and Chemistry covered in Years 9 and 10.  As well as doing practical experiment work, you will also look at topics like metals and their use, aspects of mechanics and genetic variation.

This course only offers a mix of Internal and External assessments.

This is a good choice if…

• You enjoyed Science in Year 10
• You’re keen to build and develop your science skills
• You are looking at studying Science at UE level in Years 12 and 13
