Level 3 Maths with Statistics

To do this course…

Students should have achieved at least 12 credits in Level 2 Maths.

What you do in this course…

You will build on what you learnt in Level 2 Maths, and get to explore new areas like linear programming, statistical reports and analysis or probability.  There are also topics in Bivariate Data, Simultaneous Equations and Time Series.

There is a mix of Internal and External assessments offered.

This is a good choice if…

• You enjoyed Maths in Year 12
• You’re a “numbers” person and you enjoy mathematical tasks and learning
• You are looking at attaining UE
