Level 2 is designed to foster a comprehensive understanding of biophysical principles and their practical application. By delving into the intricacies of the human body, students will develop a profound knowledge of the physiological responses to exercise and gain insight into how energy systems work, along with the interplay between muscles, bones, and joints. Students can create their own personalized training programs. By designing these programs, students will not only enhance their own training experiences but also acquire invaluable knowledge about the human body. By incorporating biomechanical principles into skill development, our program takes students beyond the traditional approach of practice alone. Through scientific analysis and evaluation, students will gain insights into the underlying factors influencing movement. This course only offers Internal assessments. |
