Level 1 Mathematics

Who will benefit from taking this subject: The aim of this course is to continue development of mathematical understanding, skills and knowledge. It will prepare students for further study in mathematics and support learning in other areas. Content and skills The course will cover topics in the areas of number, algebra, geometry, measurement and statistics. The course will enable students to be able to gain the numeracy requirements for NCEA.
